The St. Catharines Tigers Rugby Football Club has a respected tradition with the sport of rugby in the Niagara Peninsula, offering coaching and league play to all interested participants. The Tigers take pride in their accomplishments in attracting new devotees to rugby through our ongoing association with several schools in Niagara. In addition to our presence in the Niagara sports community, we also value our partnership with Ridley College who provide us with our home playing fields. Our goals for 2007 include continued success in league play, by the men’s and women’s teams, as well as continuing our junior development program for high school students, both boys and girls during the summer months. Further, it is our intent to expand our club to include an under-12 flag rugby team for both boys and girls that will run during the summer months as well. The Tigers are a non-profit organization that works continuously to find funding sources to support our activities and community involvement. This coming year will be no exception as we find ourselves in need of additional funding as our organization continues to grow. While we have some typical packages that are used for our player sponsorships we are available to meet to discuss sponsorship options and see how we can work together to arrange the best possible fit between our organizations.
